Stay at kokari was wonderful. Host david is welcoming. Property is sea facing and is very peaceful. Breakfast served by them is delicious and gives a homely feel

1) excellent location: it is right on the main road, so easy to catch public transport like auto rickshaws. It is just 10 - 15 minutes from the airport; 5- 10 minutes from the cellular jail; 2 minutes from the haddo jetty (to catch the ferry to havelock island; 10 minutes from the samudrika and anthropology museum. There is also a small daily needs shop, one minutes walking distance. 2) beautiful views: since it is on the second floor and sea facing, it has breathtaking views from the balcony and some of the rooms. Perfect place to relax and unwind while looking at the blue sea. 3) very clean: the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with fresh sheets, fresh towels, etc 4) size: the rooms were a good size with ample space to walk around. The bathrooms were quite large, which is a bonus. 5) air-conditioner: the air-conditioners cooled the room even in the hottest months. 6) staff: the manager, david was very friendly and helpful.

Large spacious room + view is perfect with nice behaviour. But there is no parking but they claim parking on website and no tv, no sofa. And it is on 3rd floor but no lift. So you have to lift your own luggage.

We stayed at this location for 3 nights and had a delightful experience. Just to be clear this is like a penthouse with three rooms( very spacious) and the hall, dining area and the balcony are shared spaces with other guests. The room that we booked faced at the sea shore that is portrayed in the property media and it was very spacious enough to accommodate 3 guests the bathroom was very nice and clean as well. The balcony is a very nice place to hang out with friends and family and have drinks. The take away quality of this guest house are the polite staff especially the staff manager yogeshbhai, he was very helpful and the cook praful bhai he cooks very tasty meals. Over all it was a great experience

Wastage of money. Staff behaviour very rude. Staff do not stay at the property in night and in the night staff says to travellers pl. Lock main gate from inside. We will come tomorrow at 8. 00 a. M. Sea lucks like a simple tank. After 40 stairs we reached at the property kokari guest house. No lift there. We could not get sufficient brakefast. Staff says parathha is not allowed with omlet. You can take only bread.
